Corn's Building is currently for rent for the upcoming 2024 Season.  The season contract starts in April and goes to December.

• Monthly payments: $85
• Renter pays electric and provides their own heat and air conditioning
• This is a historic building that has no plumbing.  Bathrooms can be accessed through the Greef General Store or shelter house.
• Days open during the busy season will be a minimum of 4 days.  
• A plan will need to be submitted to the Van Buren County Conservation at [email protected] or dropped off at the office at 816 Franklin St, Keosauqua, Iowa 52565
