Van Buren County Director Position
​

The Van Buren County Conservation Board is seeking a passionate conservationist for the full-time position of Executive Director/Operations Manager. The position necessitates knowledge of and experience with conservation practices, functions, and systems. Campground and Historical buildings management.  Superior leadership, communication and organizational skills are desired. Demonstrated fundraising and management skills as well as experience with volunteer boards and strategic planning are all preferred. Candidates that are Iowa Law Enforcement Academy certified or have the ability to be certified within one (1) year may be given preference. Bachelor's degree is preferred with salary commensurate with experience and skills. Standard County benefits will apply.
