Start by breaking two eggs into a FREEZER ziploc bag.
Add the ingredients of your choice just like a traditional omelette.
Then, zip the bag close and moosh it up with your hands.
Make sure you have written the name of each person’s omelette on the bag.
Then place the omelettes in boiling water for about 14-15 minutes.
The rule of thumb is about six and half to seven minutes per egg.
So if you decide you want a three bags, you will need to cook it for more like 20 minutes. However, you can cook as many as you can fit in a pan at a time.
