NO MESS OMELETTES
IN A BAG

  • Start by breaking two eggs into a FREEZER ziploc bag.
  • Add the ingredients of your choice just like a traditional omelette.
  • Then, zip the bag close and moosh it up with your hands.
  • Make sure you have written the name of each person’s omelette on the bag.
  • Then place the omelettes  in boiling water for about 14-15 minutes.
  • The rule of thumb is about six and half to seven minutes per egg.
  • So if you decide you want a three bags, you will need to cook it for more like 20 minutes. However, you can cook as many as you can fit in a pan at a time.
